The acquisition was completed on June 30th and marks Southern Home Services’s seventh transaction and second location in Texas, complementing their existing Austin-based Fox Service Company location. Precision Heating & Air Conditioning will continue to operate under its current brand name and receive enhanced customer service, technology, training and product support from Southern Home Services and Fox Service Company leadership teams.
