- He owned and operated a pool contracting services company for 5 years, before selling to private equity.
- Prior to the pool industry, he held various management and executive roles in public and private companies, including Masco Contractor Services, Home Depot, and Sears.
- Earned a B.A. in Communications from Eastern Illinois University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
